Canada Day in Fort Langley

Canada Day in Fort Langley. A Community Event – Free Family Fun for Everyone! at the Heritage CNR Station, the BC Farm Museum, salishan Place by the River, and Fort Langley National Historic Site.

Have fun with the community garden scavenger hunt – visit the garden at each location – get a passport stamped – after collecting all four stamps – enter the draw for a prize basket. Each location has many activities for children and adults to enjoy! Plant red and white sweet peas or take home the kit. Pet the animals at the Aldor Acres petting zoo. Pound nails or saw wood at the children’s woodworking area. Entertainment on the street and at the Fort. Balloons, Canada cupcakes, Canada temporary tattoos, face painting, goodie bags – and too many more activities or demonstrations to mention. Lunch and cold drinks for sale by the Fort Langley Lions. There will be a Flag Raising ceremony at the BC Farm Museum at 10:00am.
